Willie is a great boy who was transferred from another shelter. He walks nicely on a leash and is very laid back. He wants a companion to go for walks with and curl up on the couch. Willie has the most soulful brown eyes you'll ever see and anyone who meets him just loves him. In these pictures, he's been groomed because he had some mats and a lot of loose hair that needed to come out to keep him cool but he has a long coat like a golden retriever. He'd love to have someone who would brush him and give him the special attention he deserves.

All of our dogs are brought up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and spayed or neutered upon entering our shelter. In rare cases where we cannot spay or neuter (puppies, ailing, etc) prior to adoption, a sterilization agreement will be signed.

Please remember that shelter dogs come with their own baggage and if you adopt, please take the time to let them adjust to your home. We will offer any assistance that we can, though, to make the transition easier!
